The Paparazzi Restaurant, formerly known as Quattro Pazzi Cafe, brings the essence of fine Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with a clean and flavorful concept crafted by acclaimed Chef Biagio Gino Riccio.

Since 1997, Chef Riccio has been known for his dedication to fresh, seasonal, and vibrant Italian cooking, which he first introduced in a casual Stamford, Connecticut eatery. His vision of regional modern Italian cuisine quickly gained recognition for its bold flavors and dedication to authenticity.

A true mentor in the culinary world, Chef Riccio passed on his deep knowledge and passion for food to his best line cooks, inspiring them to master the refined dishes he created. Among those he mentored was Chef Jorge Ceron, who began working alongside him in 1997 at just 20 years old, at the iconic Quattro Pazzi. After years of experience and growth under Riccio's guidance, Chef Ceron now leads Paparazzi Restaurant, proudly upholding the same high standards, and continuing the legacy of delivering fresh, seasonal, vibrant Italian food that delights and inspires our valued guests.
